FC 24: How to beat Jarred Bowen's Centurions Achievement Quest ?

Here is how players of EA FC 24 will be able to complete the new Centurions Jarred Bowen Objectives Challenge in Football Ultimate Team.
On November 3rd, EA FC 24 Football Ultimate Team kicked off the second week of the Centurions promotion.
A new Objectives Challenge went live, and the featured reward is an 86 OVR Centurions card of West Ham RM Jarred Bowen. This Bowen has three PlayStyles. He also has 4-Star Skill Moves.
To complete the EA FC 24 Centurions Jarred Bowen Achievement Challenge, here's how.

To complete the Centurions Jarred Bowen Objectives challenge, there are five separate challenges that players must complete. FC 24 players will need to grind in Squad Battles, Rivals, or Champions to complete each one.
These are the five goals:
Precision: Scoring six goals in Squad Battles on minimum difficulty. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) with English players (rewards are 500 XP and a gold pack)
Midfield Assistance: Help midfielders score three goals in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro (or Rivals/Champions) (Rewards 500 XP and Small Mixed Player Pack)
Premier League: Score a goal or provide an assist in three different matches with Premier League players in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro (or Rivals/Champions) difficulty (reward is Small Gold Player Pack)
Out of the Box: Score three goals from outside the box in Squad Battles at min. difficulty level. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) (Reward is a Small Gold Player's Pack)
Win 8: Win six matches in Squad Battles at minimum difficulty. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) while having at least three English players in your starting 11 (reward is a Gold Player Pack)
All pack rewards from the goals have non-tradable rewards.
Game Tips
First of all, you should only use Squad Battles to complete the EA FC 24 Centurions Jarred Bowen objectives. It's much easier to complete these objectives in single player action than to have to deal with the grind in Rivals or FUT Champions.
Second, for this challenge to be successful, English players are a must. Ideally, Premier League players such as Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden and James Maddison can be used to tick multiple boxes for the Premier League, Precision and Win 8 objectives.
