The Road to the Knockouts (RTTK) promo has begun in EA Sports FC 24, bringing you some of the best players from prestigious European tournaments as special cards.
Like previous years, RTTK cards are dynamic items in Ultimate Team, meaning that their ratings can increase over time. As a player's team wins and advances to the next round of the tournament they're competing in, the player's RTTK card will be upgraded.
There are four different international tournaments that are represented in RTTK with their own unique card designs: UEFA Champions League (UCL), UEFA Women's Champions League (UWCL), UEFA Europa League (UEL) and UEFA Europa Conference League (UECL).

To date, only one female player has participated in this promotion, but we expect to see more in future RTTK launches, as the next round of UWCL begins on October 10, 2023.
Speaking of which, as this has historically been a two-week promo, another wave of RTTK content is likely to arrive on October 6, 2023.
Starting on the Friday of each matchweek, the upgrades will go live in-game. This means that if a club wins its second group stage match or mathematically qualifies for the next round, RTTK players will be upgraded at the end of the week.
