FUT 22: FUT starter team for the Bundesliga

Maxence Lacroix, Konrad Laimer, Donyell Malen & Co. - with this affordable team from the Bundesliga, the start in FOOTBALL 22 Ultimate Team (FUT) is a success.

Shortly before the beginning of the early access phase of FUT 22, not all FUT ratings are known yet, but a leak in the top 1,000 gives a good insight, which also serves as the basis for our Bundesliga starter team. The position of goalkeeper is probably the least relevant, if Lukas Hradecky (83) from Bayer 04 Leverkusen, contrary to expectations, becomes too expensive, Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Bürki (80), who is noticeably weakened, can also be used. Before that, we opted for a back three with three central defenders, as these will probably be much more playable again in FUT 22. Alternatively, various players such as Kevin Mbabu (79), Ridle Baku (80), Jérome Roussilion (79) or Christian Günter (79) are available for external defense.

Triple chain with decent pace

The defense chain impresses with three players who have an enormous speed value: Jeremiah St. Juste (1. FSV Mainz 05) as well as Maxence Lacroix (VfL Wolfsburg) and Lukas Klostermann (RB Leipzig). Lacroix could be a bit too expensive for some players, a cheaper alternative would be Manuel Akanji (Borussia Dortmund). In the midfield there are two players from RB Leipzig who were already among many starter teams at FUT 21 - Konrad Laimer (81) and Christopher Nkunku (81), who have an acceptable overall package. The same applies to Emre Can (82, BVB), who is likely to be a bit immobile.

BVB newcomer at the top

We are excited to see Jude Bellingham (79) from Borussia Dortmund), who will be a solid choice behind the top. When it comes to wingers, we rely on Moussa Diaby (81, Bayer 04 Leverkusen) and Silas Katompa Mvumpa from VfB Stuttgart as absolute "pace monsters", especially Mvumpa should develop into a meta player with any special cards. The storm top is strongly occupied with Dortmund newcomer Donyell Malen (80) in the first few weeks, but his pace value of 90 could make him relatively expensive at the beginning. A cheaper alternative should be Breel Embolo (77) from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
