If you want to complete the Flashback Rakitic SBC, you must hand over two different teams: National Duty and La Liga. The first part requires an 84-rated squad with at least 75 chemical reactions and at least one player from Croatia. The second team must reach 85-rated, have at least 65 chemical reactions, and have at least one player from La Liga.
